All programs are evidence-informed practices that follow NASM's Optimum Performance Training (OPT) module for integrated training. What is Optimum Performance Training? It's a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) evidence-based training system conceptualized as a training program for a society with more structural imbalances and susceptibility to injury. It is a process of programming that systematically progresses any client to any fitness or sport-performance goal. This model is based on human movement science's scientific rationale and uses integrated training principles. What is integrated training? It is a training concept that combines all forms of exercise, such as flexibility, cardiorespiratory; core; balance, plyometric; speed, agility, quickness, and resistance training, into one system.
